解決方案：取消期末處理問題： 存貨核算存貨明細(xì)帳中存在非法記錄，倉庫17中部分記錄中收入金額和發(fā)出金額皆為空， SELECT *, iAInPrice AS Expr1, iAOutPrice AS Expr2 FROM IA_Subsidiary WHERE iAInPrice IS NULL AND iAOutPrice IS NULL ，查詢收發(fā)存主子表rdrecord/rdrecords，該些存貨收發(fā)記錄信息， select * from rdrecord a join rdrecords b on a.id=b.id and b.autoid in SELECT distinct id FROM IA_Subsidiary WHERE iAInPrice IS NULL AND iAOutPrice IS NULL ，部分出庫單存在單價、金額都為空的表體行2000100008/6591、2000100015/6605、2000100044/6676、2000100077/6775、2000100078/6780，對應(yīng)出入庫單號/子表記錄AutoId。 首先調(diào)整收發(fā)存子表中空記錄， update rdrecords set iunitcost=0,iprice=0 where autoid in SELECT distinct id AS Expr2 FROM IA_Subsidiary WHERE iAInPrice IS NULL AND iAOutPrice IS NULL ，再調(diào)整存貨核算存貨明細(xì)帳中收入金額和發(fā)出金額都為NULL記錄， update IA_Subsidiary set iAInPrice=0, iAOutPrice=0 WHERE iAInPrice IS NULL AND iAOutPrice IS NULL ，對倉庫17執(zhí)行取消期末處理，修改庫存系統(tǒng)中錯誤的出/入庫單具體單據(jù)號見上，即填寫上正確的單價、金額，重新在存貨模塊中單據(jù)記賬，再對倉庫17進(jìn)行期末處理； 月末結(jié)賬問題： 執(zhí)行月末結(jié)賬存儲過程時， Exec IA_Close 1,‘2003-02-01‘,1,4,2,‘demo‘,0,1,0 提示錯誤信息如下{ 服務(wù)器: 消息 547，級別 16，狀態(tài) 1，行 1 INSERT 語句與 COLUMN FOREIGN KEY 約束 ‘FK__IA_Summar__cInvC__6B3AC472‘ 沖突。該沖突發(fā)生于數(shù)據(jù)庫 ‘UFDATA_006_2003‘，表 ‘Inventory‘, column ‘cInvCode‘。 語句已終止。} 跟蹤查詢發(fā)現(xiàn)存貨檔案表Inventory中丟失存貨記錄，存貨編碼為“100-S52A-0025-DSN”，在數(shù)據(jù)表Ia_summary、Ia_subsidiary、rdrecords中均存在該存貨信息。 在存貨檔案中恢復(fù)丟失存貨記錄，且存貨編碼必須為100-S52A-0025-DSN，執(zhí)行月末結(jié)賬即可。 查詢存貨檔案表中丟失存貨記錄的Sql語句如下， 根據(jù)存貨總帳查詢select distinct cinvcode from ia_summary where cinvcode not in select cinvcode from inventory 根據(jù)存貨核算存貨明細(xì)帳查詢select distinct cinvcode from ia_subsidiary where cinvcode not in select cinvcode from inventory 根據(jù)庫存收發(fā)存子表查詢select distinct cinvcode from rdrecords where cinvcode not in select cinvcode from inventory
